Hillary Rodham Clinton designated the Kelso Mountain Trail a "Community Millennium Trail.  Only two other trails in the BWCA, the Kekekabic and the Snowbank trails have this honor.  Our hope is that the USDA Forest Service will embrace change and place this trail on the inventory.  Categorical Exclusion is a simple administrative process the USDA Forest Service uses routinely to allow maintenance on existing trails such as this one.
